Gabe stayed with the family because when he was first given a name as to though Jonas’s father was a Nuturer, Jonas’s father was to make him stop crying and act like one of them, or he was to be “realeased”. In jonas’s community, everyone lokked alike. Being different was not accepted in Jonas’s community.

Web27 de jun. de 2024 · I think Gabriel and Jonas survive. The first reason I think this is because Jonas doesn’t have any memories left to see. The book says that as Jonas gets farther and farther away, Jonas begins to lose the memories that the Giver had given him. Thus, there are no memories of Christmas or any thing like that. WebOne day, it snows, leaving Jonas and Gabriel cold, hungry, and exhausted. Jonas has just a few memories left from The Giver, but he finds one of sunshine and transmits it to Gabriel. Soon, though, the snow makes it impossible for Jonas to bicycle up the hill he is on.
